Custom folder icons can help you organize your Mac and make it look a lot more aesthetically pleasing. MacOS allows you to customize folder icons, and there are a number of ways to do it.
Here I have collated fifteen aesthetic Mac folder icons that you can use to make your folders stand out and give your overall workspace a more aesthetic look - rather than the standard blue mac folders you might currently be working with that come as default.

Gold icons will add some class to your overall aesthetic. They come in a range of shades as well such as dull tones to brighter ones, making sure that you try to match it up with the rest of your overall Mac OS workspace can be a lot of fun, especially when you nail it.

How to Change Folder Icons On Your Mac
When you have downloaded a folder icon pack that you like, it’s time to change the icons of your existing folders. This process is pretty simple and doesn’t require any third-party software. Just follow the steps below:
1. Right-click on the folder that you want to change the icon for and select “Get Info” from the pop-up menu.
2. In the “Get Info” window, click on the folder icon in the top-left corner so that it becomes highlighted.
3. Now press “Cmd + C” to copy the icon.
4. Next, open the folder where you have saved the new icons that you want to use.
5. Select the icon that you want to use for the folder and press “Cmd + I” to get info for that icon.
6. In the “Get Info” window, click on the icon in the top-left corner so that it becomes highlighted.
7. Now press “Cmd + V” to paste the new icon.
8. Close the “Get Info” window and you will see that the folder has been updated with the new icon.
And that’s it! You have now successfully changed the icon for a folder on your Mac. If you want to change the icons for multiple folders, then you can follow the same steps for each folder.
