How to Highlight Duplicate Values
1. Assume these are the values you have in your Excel sheet and you want to highlight the duplicate values in the list.
2. Select all values.
3. Go to Home menu > Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values…
4. Click on ‘Duplicate Values…’ a menu will open up.
5. From the menu drop down list, you can choose to highlight either 'duplicate' or 'unique' values from the list.
6. You can also choose what kind of formatting you wish to have.
