She didn't catch on at first.

Walt Disney World employees, or cast members, as they're called, are the backbone of the magic. They are what makes the guest experience so enjoyable at the park, and we owe them a lot.

Being a Disney World cast member is also a very stressful job. They are pressured to do their jobs well and maintain the magic while being under the scrutiny of thousands of Disney fans every day. So it's completely normal if they slip up once in a while, especially if they can laugh it off.

Former cast member @thekayleighdiaries (Kayleigh) posted a TikTok sharing an embarrassing slip-up she had while working at the parks. It is kind of funny, though I'm sure no one can blame her.

Kayleigh said that while using an iPad to scan guests for rider swap, passes using her exact first and last name kept showing up. She soon realized that she had accidentally been scanning her own pass on her phone, which was in her wallet.

Not going to lie, if I was in her position, I would panic, but it seems she handled it with grace.

Viewers in the comments section were a mix of concerned and amused. Some even shared that a similar incident had happened to them when they worked as cast members.

Disney technology is constantly changing, and it's pretty confusing for some guests, so we don't blame cast members for slipping up.
