Until now, scientists knew from theory that there was a Black Hole in the middle of our galaxy, but had no pictures to prove it. That has all changed today with the release of the first ever images showing the massive phenomenon.

Camille Calibeo, knows as @thegalacticgal on TikTok, shares Part 2 of this video that explains exactly what the Event Horizon Telescope is and how it was able to capture the images.
